What is a Non Domestic EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate (NDEPC) rates how energy efficient your building is using grades from A to G. NDEPC assessors must be accredited and registered with a certification body.
Who needs an NDEPC?
You must have an NDEPC if:
- You rent out or sell the premises
- A building under construction is finished
- You require commercial F.I.T.
- There are changes to the number of parts used for separate occupation and these changes involve providing or extending fixed heating, air conditioning or mechanical ventilation systems
